Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Administer and optimize Linux/Solaris systems and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Implement, monitor, and maintain storage systems (SAN/NAS) and backup solutions.
Develop automation scripts and manage configuration tools (Ansible) for infrastructure efficiency.
Ensure systems security, patching, and disaster recovery readiness in line with IT policies.

Role Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot complex system and network issues, coordinating with vendors for resolution.
Plan and execute hardware/software upgrades, installations, and performance tuning.
Maintain detailed documentation covering inventory, licensing, topology, and backups.
Provide mentorship to junior staff and manage IT service ticket queues for timely issue resolution.
