  • This is an operational role responsible for providing support for deploying HR IT applications and platform related enhancements. The incumbent may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes. Also, role will manage all servers, deployment and GISS points.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in the platform.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure a stable and robust application.
  • Writing effective and scalable code/test case
  • Providing support for production environment
  • Preparing reports and dashboards on project time deviations, rework time etc
  • Conducting development testing and reports testing issues to supervisor
  • Identifying and tracking bugs, assessing nature of bugs, and executing corrective actions
Deployment and managing the application
Desired Skill sets
  • Understanding of HR IT systems and applications
Understanding of employee lifecycle and corresponding HR systems
