Role Overview:

The Sr. AI/ML Engineer will work on building and optimizing LLM applications, AI pipelines, MCP integrations, and scalable model deployment systems. The role includes end-to-end AI development from data to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize LLM-based AI applications.
• Develop MCP sidecar servers and integrate with NestJS services.
• Expose business logic as MCP tools and resources.
• Build MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Work with LangChain, Transformers, LlamaIndex, and RAG systems.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for AI workflows.
• Containerize and deploy AI applications using Docker and cloud platforms.
• Manage scalable inference using FastAPI, BentoML, vLLM, or Ray Serve.
• Ensure proper documentation, testing, and automation.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience with LLM development and fine-tuning.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Transformers.
• Knowledge of RAG and agent-based AI systems.
• Strong understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience with NestJS, TypeScript/JavaScript, and Python.
• MLOps experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud deployments.

Good to Have:

• Experience with XAI and causal inference.
• Multi-agent AI system experience.
• Open-source contributions in AI/ML/MCP/NestJS.
• Knowledge of Claude Desktop or other MCP host environments.
