About the Role

AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy
RAG-based AI/ML solutions
using LLMs
Work on
end-to-end AI/ML pipelines
, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization
Integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources and vector databases
Optimize model performance, latency, and cost for production use cases
Deploy and manage AI/ML models using
cloud platforms
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
Troubleshoot, monitor, and enhance models in live production environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in
AI/ML engineering or related roles
Mandatory hands-on experience with RAG systems and LLMs
Strong understanding of
machine learning algorithms, NLP, and deep learning concepts
Experience in
data preprocessing, model training, fine-tuning, and optimization
Exposure to
cloud platforms
(AWS / Azure / GCP) for AI/ML deployment
Proficiency in Python and common ML/AI frameworks
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced, collaborative environment

Good to Have

Experience with vector databases and embeddings
Familiarity with MLOps practices
Prior experience deploying LLMs in enterprise-scale applications
