Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with hands-on expertise in Agentic Applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vespa, MongoDB, and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will be passionate about architecting scalable AI solutions, integrating advanced search and database technologies, and ensuring seamless deployment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize Agentic AI applications leveraging RAG frameworks.
Implement and scale Vespa-based search and recommendation systems.
Architect and manage MongoDB databases for storing, indexing, and retrieving large-scale structured and unstructured data.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployment of AI/ML models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise platforms.
Ensure performance, scalability, and robustness of deployed applications.
Stay updated with emerging AI/ML and database technologies to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong background in Machine Learning, NLP, and Agentic AI architectures.
Proven experience with RAG frameworks and vector databases/search engines (Vespa preferred).
Hands-on expertise with MongoDB: schema design, indexing strategies, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
Solid programming skills in Python, Java, or C++ with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Experience deploying AI models in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative settings.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in building agentic AI platforms or intelligent assistants.
Knowledge of MLOps practices and monitoring tools.
Familiarity with scalable data pipelines and distributed systems.
Advanced knowledge of MongoDB Atlas and integration with AI/ML workflows.
