Sr. Advocate

Rera Vision is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Advocate to lead and manage legal matters related to real estate regulations under RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority). The ideal candidate will have in-depth understanding of real estate laws, strong litigation skills, and the ability to represent clients before RERA authorities, tribunals, and courts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings related to RERA compliance and disputes
• Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts
• Provide legal advisory on real estate transactions and RERA-related issues
• Prepare and present cases before RERA authorities, Appellate Tribunals, and other judicial forums
• Guide junior advocates and legal staff within the organization
• Ensure legal documentation is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Stay updated with changes in real estate laws, rules, and policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) is a plus
• Minimum 5–10 years of legal experience, preferably in real estate or RERA matters
• Proven experience in litigation, contract law, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
