Sr. Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally ERP, GST compliance, tax filing, and other core accounting functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and finalize accounts, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Handle GST computation, filing, and reconciliation.
• Manage TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance.
• Record and reconcile all financial transactions using Tally ERP or equivalent software.
• Process vendor invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in internal and external audits and provide required documentation.
• Prepare management reports and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity in all financial processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
• Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Certification in Tally or taxation (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
