Sr. Accounts Executive

Job Description:
Accountant Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately manage daily accounting operations with a strong focus on timeliness
• Perform financial data analysis and reporting using advanced Microsoft Excel functions
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Bill.com (experience preferred)
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies and regulatory standards
• Thrive in a dynamic work environment and consistently meet tight deadlines
• Report directly to the company owner, providing financial insights and support as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com), CA Inter, DAA, or equivalent accounting certification
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience; prior work with a U.S.-based company or process is highly preferred
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and related functions)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,033.50 per month
