Job Description:
We are looking to hire a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive who can independently manage day-to-day accounting and financial tasks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling export documentation, statutory filings, and vendor/client payment coordination.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate records
• Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2
• Handle TDS deductions, filing, and ensure timely tax payments
• Maintain strong follow-up on client and vendor payments
• Prepare complete export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and related compliance
• Carry out bank reconciliations, RTGS, and NEFT transactions
• Work on tax planning and assist in internal and external audits
• Generate MIS reports for management and support financial analysis
• Coordinate with other departments for financial data and documentation
• Proficiently use Tally ERP 9 and Advanced Excel for accounting tasks

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and export norms
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level)
• Sound understanding of bank processes including reconciliations and fund transfers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
