Sr Accountant II

As an Accountant II on the DTC accounting team, your role involves ensuring accurate financial records and conducting timely account reconciliations. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing month-end closing activities such as account analysis, reconciliations, journal entry preparation, and maintenance of logs. - Handling accounting tasks related to prepaids, marketing expenses, DTC expenses, gift cards, incentive accruals, and other miscellaneous items. - Supporting master data maintenance processes for new and closed stores, including financial dimension impacts. - Maintaining compliance with accepted policies and procedures, internal controls, and SOX compliance. - Conducting self-reviews to deliver high-quality work and recommending process improvements. - Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience. - 2-4 years of professional experience in accounting. - General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures. - 5+ years of progressive accounting experience or 3+ years of public accounting experience. - CPA preferred.
