Sr. Accountant

AYRS Graphics is a leading printing press specializing in high-quality book production. We are looking for a skilled and responsible Sr. Accountant who can independently handle all liaison, compliance, and coordination-related matters with government departments and auditors. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of GST, TDS, accounting compliances, case queries, and other legal or tax-related issues, and should be capable of managing them with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all liaison work with government authorities, departments, and consultants related to GST, TDS, and other statutory matters.
• Manage and respond to GST notices, assessments, and queries independently.
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other required statutory submissions.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and departments for compliance and case resolutions.
• Maintain records and documentation for all legal, tax, and audit correspondence.
• Support management with financial data and compliance status reports.
• Stay updated with the latest taxation laws, amendments, and circulars relevant to the company’s operations.
• Handle any other liaison or legal matters assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in accounting, taxation, and liaison work.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and accounting software.
