Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, franchise agreements, distribution agreements. Manage retail lease agreements for showrooms, including renewal terms, legal notices, and compliance with local property laws. Provide legal support in relation to labor laws , employment contracts, workplace policies, and staff grievances. Handle consumer protection and customer dispute resolutions (if escalated to legal level). Assist in compliance with local trade laws, FSSAI/packaging standards, advertising laws , and other retail-specific regulations. Work closely with external counsel on IP enforcement, litigation , and trademark registration/disputes. Support cross-functional teams (HR, Sales, Procurement, Accounts) with legal queries. Maintain organized legal records, contracts repository, and legal trackers. Monitor legal risks associated with business expansion, vendor onboarding, and promotional campaigns. Required Skills: 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in a retail, trading, or FMCG company or a law firm handling such clients. Sound understanding of contract law, commercial leasing, consumer law, and employment law. Prior exposure to retail showroom operations or franchise models is preferred. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage high-volume tasks with accuracy and timeliness Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
