Vendor and Supplier Management

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and timely deliveries.
• Negotiate prices, MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities), and delivery terms to optimize cost efficiency.

Planning and Coordination

• Oversee the buying process, ensuring adherence to agreed specifications and timelines.
• Manage buying schedules to meet deadlines for seasonal launches and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with quality control teams to ensure product standards are met.

Market Analysis and Trend Forecasting

• Conduct market research to identify current trends in apparel and footwear.
• Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with demand.

Inventory Management and Order Fulfillment

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Manage replenishment of high-demand products to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders, maintaining high service levels.

Cost and Budget Management

• Prepare cost sheets and pricing strategies for products.
• Suggest cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or timelines.

Communication and Reporting

• Provide regular updates on product inventory and delivery timelines.
• Maintain detailed documentation of orders, progress, and supplier contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics.
• Pro efficient in excel reportings.

Sales Support and Post-Sale Analysis

• Support sales teams with product knowledge, specifications, and availability updates.
• Analyze sales performance to identify best-sellers and underperforming products.
• Recommend adjustments to future collections based on customer feedback and sales trends.

Skill Must Have: Advance Excel
