Sr. Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our construction-specialized company. This role is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring sound financial planning, reporting, and controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic financial decisions that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.

- Monitor project budgets and cash flows, ensuring optimal cost control and profitability.

- Present financial insights and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Provide financial support and advice during project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

· Advanced degree (MBA) or professional certifications (CPA, CMA) are preferred.

Experience:

· Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis within a complex, dynamic environment.

· At least 3-5 years in a senior or managerial role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
