Sr. Account Manager-US Staffing

As an Account Manager in the US IT Staffing sector, your role will involve leading strategic client relationships and managing high-performing teams to drive business growth, particularly with State and Federal clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing strategic relationships with State and Federal clients, understanding their IT requirements, and developing tailored solutions. - Leading the full recruitment cycle, including interviews, offers, negotiations, and placements for assigned requisitions. - Developing and executing strategic plans to meet client needs, identifying and mapping relevant targets. - Achieving a high conversion ratio of submissions to interviews and placements. - Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements in recruitment and hiring practices. - Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing strategies to improve results. - Managing client expectations and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Qualifications required for this role: - At least 5 years of Account Management experience in US IT staffing, preferably with State and Federal clients (direct accounts, not VMS). - Strong understanding of staffing solutions and client needs within a VMS/MSP environment. - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Technical educational background preferred. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and governance skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. - Prior experience in managing direct State and Federal accounts, with a proven track record of submission to end customers. This role offers full-time employment with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The working hours for this position are from 06:00 pm to 03:00 am or 07:00 pm to 04:00 am, Monday to Friday, on a night shift in the US time zone. The office is located in Mohali, Phase 8B, Punjab, and requires in-person work.,
