Job Summary

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements. This role plays a key part in supporting financial reporting, audits, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions including Accounts Payable/Receivable, bank entries, and journal vouchers.
• Manage branch-level account reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balances, and financial statements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Support statutory filings such as GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
• Handle Fixed Assets Accounting and maintain the fixed asset register; support in physical verification.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing required documentation.
• Monitor and implement internal controls and accounting policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Inter CA or Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and audits.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST & TDS regulations.
• High attention to detail, with strong organizational and communication skills.
