Job Description : Sr. Accounts Executive Experience : 4-6yrs Location : Noida Working Days : Monday - Saturday (1st Sat is WFH / 3rd Sat is off) About the Company: GTF Technologies is a fast-growing digital marketing agency known for delivering innovative and resultsdriven solutions to clients across industries. With a strong focus on creativity, technology, and performance, we are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated Sr. Accounts Executive to manage and oversee our accounting operations. Key Responsibilities:  Manage day-to-day accounting functions including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable & receivable.  Maintain accurate records in Tally ERP and ensure timely data entry.  Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.  Handle Income Tax, Professional Tax, and coordinate for annual tax audits.  Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.  Monitor cash flows, manage petty cash, and prepare monthly MIS reports.  Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during audits.  Support payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions are correctly calculated and paid.  Stay updated with the latest changes in taxation laws and accounting standards. Required Skills & Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field (M.Com/CA Inter preferred).  Minimum 4 to 6 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a digital or servicebased company.  Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.  Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax laws.  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.  Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
