Position : Account Executive Location: Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) No. of Vacancy : 01 Education Qualification: Graduation in Commerce Experience : 4+ Preferred Candidate: Work experience in a Chartered Firm. Responsibilities · ∙Must have hands -on experience with Tally, Advanced Excel, and other · accounting software. · ∙Entry of O&M expenses contractor site bills in Tally and Excel, job-wise. · ∙Enter debit/credit notes as per O&M deductions and support provided by · clients for spares. · ∙Ensure payment of all bills of site contractors after verifying that all statutory · dues like PF/ESI/GST, etc., have been paid by contractors. · ∙Allocate all payments of site contractors against jobs in Tally · ∙Prepare bank reconciliation statements, vendor reconciliations, and verify · bills, including T.A/D.A. and all types of expenses. · ∙Possess basic knowledge of TDS, GST, etc. · ∙Resolve queries from auditors regarding revenue, operation & maintenance · documents such as sales bills, purchase orders, and outstanding sheets. · ∙Perform any other work assigned as per instructions.
