Sr. Account Executive

You will be responsible for the following roles and responsibilities as per your designation: As an Account Executive (Manufacturing/Trading), your primary responsibilities will include processing and managing invoices, handling petty cash, reconciling bank and ledger accounts, as well as entering daily transactions and maintaining records. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 6 years of experience in core accounting within the manufacturing or similar industry. A B.Com or M.Com degree is preferred, with acceptable alternatives being BBI, BMS, or BAF. Proficiency in Tally ERP & Tally Prime, as well as knowledge of GST, TDS, Excel, and MS Office, is mandatory for this role. The compensation ranges from 18,000 to 25,000 gross per month. For the position of Senior Account Executive (Manufacturing), you will be expected to oversee end-to-end daily accounting operations, ensure GST and TDS compliance and filing, coordinate with teams, and prepare MIS reports. The role requires 5 to 8 years of experience in accounting within the manufacturing sector, with a Commerce Graduate degree (B.Com or equivalent) as the educational requirement. Advanced skills in Tally ERP & Tally Prime, Excel, GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, as well as experience in team supervision are essential. The compensation offered for this position ranges from 25,000 to 30,000 gross per month. Candidate preferences for these roles include residing between Bhayander and Virar, with male candidates being preferred. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience, with extensive usage of Tally in previous roles. Industries such as Manufacturing or Service (similar to manufacturing) are preferred, while backgrounds in Retail, E-commerce, or Warehouse-only sectors are not preferred. The age limit for applicants is up to 35 years. Both positions are full-time roles with a day shift schedule.
