Sr. Account Executive

As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your proficiency in Tally and Excel is crucial for efficient financial management. You will utilize Tally for accounting entries and Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis. It is essential to prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner. Reconciling bank statements, ledgers, and financial documents will also be part of your duties. You will manage and track company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines. Additionally, you will assist in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations. Your role will involve preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents. Providing support during internal and external audits by ensuring all financial records are accurate and accessible is crucial. Collaboration with other departments to ensure accurate financial information and facilitate smooth financial operations will be necessary. Qualifications for this position include a strong command of Tally for accounting entries and Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis, along with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, strong attention to detail, and accuracy in financial record-keeping are essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and departments, and familiarity with accounting regulations and standards are also required. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The schedule is day shift with a yearly bonus.
