Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer with hands-on experience in database migration, particularly within a multi-tenant architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure SQL Server, database packaging tools, and automation scripting to support seamless migration and management of large-scale database environments. Key Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end database migration from one server to another within Azure SQL environments. Manage and maintain databases in Elastic Pools under a multi-tenant architecture (500+ databases). Utilize tools such as SqlPackage and DACPAC for database export/import and deployment. Execute backup and restore operations for Azure SQL databases. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate migration and deployment tasks. Prepare and document decatenation strategies for organizational-level understanding and planning. Work with Azure Portal for basic resource management and monitoring. Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience with Azure SQL Server and Elastic Pools. Proficiency in SqlPackage, DACPAC, and database backup/restore processes. Experience managing multi-tenant database environments with a large number of databases. Solid scripting skills in PowerShell. Ability to document and communicate technical processes clearly. Familiarity with Azure Portal and its core functionalities.
