Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected Sponsorship Manager to lead and execute strategic partnerships and sponsorship acquisition for Mr. Cosmo India. You will play a pivotal role in funding, scaling, and branding the national event and its associated media campaigns, state franchises, and talent verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and close national and regional sponsors across categories (FMCG, fashion, tech, grooming, media, etc.)
• Create compelling sponsorship decks, packages, and customized proposals
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with brand teams, agencies, and decision-makers
• Work with the marketing and events team to integrate sponsors into our campaign narrative
• Lead negotiation, contracting, and deliverable tracking for all sponsor commitments
• Innovate new monetization opportunities via co-branded events, digital activations, and influencer collaborations
• Act as the primary contact for all sponsor servicing and post-event ROI reporting

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in sponsorship sales / brand partnerships / business development (events, media, entertainment, or sports)
• Strong understanding of branding, ROI frameworks, and marketing deliverables
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• High ownership, self-initiative, and ability to work in an agile, high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Excel, and Google Workspace
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or relevant field

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
