Job Title: Strategic Director – National Campaigns & Brand Projects Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Chennai Frequent travel across India required About the Role: We are looking for a capable and confident professional to take charge of major national campaign operations for Mister Cosmo India 2025 , and later step into a long-term leadership position with BM Elite International Clinic , a premium brand in the fields of aesthetics and regenerative wellness. This is a position that demands both execution strength and strategic thinking , ideal for someone who has managed large-scale events, handled high-profile personalities, and is ready to grow into a role that influences national branding and outreach. What You Will Do: During Mister Cosmo India 2025 (June to October): Organize and manage city-level and state-level auditions leading up to the national finale Coordinate directly with creative teams, marketing managers, state directors, and event vendors Oversee timelines, approvals, and the successful delivery of every phase of the event Represent the brand in high-stakes meetings with media houses, influencers, and sponsors Serve as the central point of execution for national rollout and finale event logistics After the Pageant – Strategic Projects at BM Elite (From December onward): Take charge of brand-building projects within BM Elite International Clinic Manage key campaigns in luxury wellness, aesthetics, and patient experience Lead collaborations with public figures, lifestyle brands, and elite service platforms Support internal launch events, corporate partnerships, and long-term strategic initiatives Who We Are Looking For: You must be someone who has led from the front — not just as an event planner, but as a decision-maker under pressure. You should be ready to deal with high-profile clients, dynamic timelines, and brand-critical moments. Minimum Requirements: 5–10 years of experience in: Event management, brand campaigns, influencer relations, political outreach, or fashion/media PR Hands-on experience with national or multi-city campaigns Comfortable working with celebrities, VIPs, or senior-level stakeholders Fluent in both Hindi and English (mandatory) Currently in Chennai or willing to relocate immediately Able to travel across Indian cities as required Confident communicator with strong aesthetic judgment Preferred Experience: Exposure to beauty pageants, fashion events, film promotions, or OTT campaign planning Experience in branding, public relations, or luxury client experience strategy Familiarity with production teams, PR agencies, or healthcare branding is a bonus Salary Range: ₹50,000 to ₹60,000 per month Additional incentive structure based on performance How to Apply: Send your CV and a short write-up describing any national or multi-city project you have managed Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Application Question(s): Have you ever led or managed a national-level or multi-city event or campaign in India?
