Position: Splunk Technical Support Lead
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled System Administrator/DevOps Engineer with experience in multiple operating systems and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. Splunk training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage RHEL and Windows Server environments
Script using Python, Bash, React, and PowerShell
Administer Active Directory and SCOM
Work with databases: MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other NoSQL technologies
Use ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Salesforce
Deploy and manage public cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Handle Syslog and SNMP-based infrastructure monitoring
Troubleshoot using OpenSSL, netcat, netstat, telnet, and ping
Manage SSL certificates and protocols using OpenSSL
Develop with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Administer Apache, Kafka, and firewall tools (Cisco, Palo Alto, FortiGate)
Prior Splunk knowledge is a plus
Requirements:
3+ years of relevant experience
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Passion for technology and learning
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
