Job Title: Splunk Architect & Developer Work Mode: Onsite Location: Pune Experience: Splunk Architect 8+ Years Splunk Developers 5+ Years Skillset Requirements: Splunk ITSI Architecture & Design: Expertise in service modelling, KPI creation, aggregation policies, and glass table/dashboard design. Deep understanding of infrastructure and application monitoring (servers, middleware, databases, applications, APIs). Ability to model complex service dependencies in multi-domain platforms Data Analysis & KPI Development: Skill in identifying, defining, and prioritizing KPIs and thresholds for service health. Documentation and Communication: Ability to produce clear technical documentation, presentations, and handover materials tailored for both technical and business audiences. Stakeholder Engagement: Capability to engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate designs. Expertise Requirements: Proven experience in designing enterprise monitoring strategies using Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI). Demonstrated ability to create service trees, KPI models, and health score frameworks within complex IT environments. Experience working with cloud-based Splunk environments, especially Splunk Cloud Platform. Strong consulting background in monitoring transformation or roadmap definition projects. Qualification Requirements Splunk certifications are strongly preferred: - Splunk ITSI Certified Admin - Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect - Splunk Core Certified Consultant (if applicable) Project team members must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Splunk ITSI-based projects. Experience in working with enterprise-scale clients in regulated or mission-critical environments. Ability to deliver the complete design package remotely, including workshops, interviews, and documentation. Access to certified consultants or architects with experience in service tree design and ITSI roadmap creation. Proven methodology or framework for roadmap definition and service modelling. Ability to meet agreed-upon timelines, milestones, and documentation standards.
