Spellbee Coordinator in Goa Velha, Aurangabad, Jalgaon, Kolhapur, Pune, Solapur, Mumbai

This opportunity is ideal for educated women homemakers who wish to engage part of their day (a few hours) by conducting spelling bee tests for students in nearby schools within their area of residence (or as chosen). The role involves meeting school principals and conducting spelling bee activities for school students. This is not daily work and not full-time- you will be required to visit schools on a few days of the week for a few hours. We are seeking mature and reliable women graduates with excellent communication skills and the enthusiasm to channel their entrepreneurial aptitude. We provide all necessary materials and guidance from our Pune office, including process downloads, printed content, awards, and rewards for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet school principals, management, and administrators to promote Brainstorm spellbee activities.
• Efficiently handle opportunities to meet school principals and decision-makers.
• Set personal targets to expand the program's footprint within the assigned area, region, or state.
• Make weekly and monthly plans for school visits.
• Enroll students in the program.
• Manage fee collection and banking of fees.
• Conduct exams, evaluate answer sheets, and submit results.
• Manage end-to-end activities of the Brainstorm spellbee ecosystem for each school.
• Work on being responsible for delivering a high-quality experience to participating schools and students.
• Work energetically in close association with the spellbee head office in Pune.
• Plan inventory requirements at least two months in advance.
• Create a calendar of events and activities to be conducted in your city or region.
  

Work Schedule

• 3 to 6 hours per day (during school hours), 5 days a week.
• This is not a full-time or daily role.
  

Support & Resources Provided

• All process documentation, printed materials, student rewards, and recognition items are provided from our Pune office.
• Complete training and ongoing coordination support will be given.
  

Compensation

• Earnings are a combination of fixed + variable components (earnings are variable based on the quantum of revenue generated from schools through the activity conducted).
• The fixed component supports local travel.
• The variable component offers high earning potential based on revenue generated through schools across the academic year.
