Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist

We are inviting applications from qualified, passionate, and empathetic professionals for the role of Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping individualsparticularly children with special needs to overcome communication, language, speech, and swallowing disorders through evidence-based, person-centred interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across age groups.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
• Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions using innovative and standard techniques.
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, physicians, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation including assessment reports, therapy plans, and progress notes.
• Educate families and patients on disorders, therapy goals, and at-home strategies.
• Participate in team meetings, review progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Stay updated with current practices by attending workshops, seminars, and continuous education programs.

Minimum Qualifications & Eligibility:

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in clinical, educational, or rehabilitation settings will be preferred.
• Experience working with children with special needs, neurodevelopmental disorders, or speech-language delays will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong clinical training and practical knowledge may also apply.

Desirable Skills:

• In-depth understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Compassion, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to conduct assessments using standardized tools and plan therapy independently.
• Willingness to conduct home visits or field sessions, if required.
