Planning and execution in maintenance of equipments in TG and Auxiliary for daily activities. Planning and execution in annual overhauling and capital overhauling of turbine and generator. Preparation of IMS documents and 5 S' documents. Spares planning (routine spares + AOH/COH spares + critical spares). Troubleshooting & Breakdown Handling. Job Description: Civil Project Head The Civil Project Head will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects. Qualifications: Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mining Engineering from a recognized university/institution. Certification: First Class Managers Certificate of Competency (Coal) – Unrestricted , issued by DGMS (India). Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in coal mining, with at least 3–5 years in a Mines Manager role. Age Limit: As per company and regulatory guidelines. Key Skills: Deep knowledge of mining operations, HEMM, and safety protocols. Leadership and decision-making ability under pressure. Excellent understanding of statutory obligations and liaisoning skills. Strong planning, documentation, and team management skills. Familiarity with mine planning software and SAP (preferred).

Role & responsibilities: Construction Execution of Building Projects & all Civil related Construction and maintenance work. Technical knowledge of Civil Engineering and Construction Methods, MEP, Waterproofing & High-End Finishing Works. Engineering Drawing Review: Analyse and interpret drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standard. Software Proficiency : MS project, WBS, AutoCAD and familiar with Civil Building Construction software and technologies to design, analyze, and manage construction projects. These tools range from CAD and BIM software for design and documentation to structural analysis and project management tools - some key software includes AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Primavera P6, and ArcGIS. Coordination: Collaborate with consultants, on-site team and various departments to facilitate seamless project execution for construction and maintenance activities & implement higher quality standard as per relevant IS code. Quality Estimation: Accurately calculate material/manpower/machinery requirements and costs to aid in budgeting and resource planning. Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions for construction/maintenance/ repair works & working knowledge of civil engineering specifications as per the relevant IS/BIS codes. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of construction/maintenance schedules, inspection reports, and completed work. Prepare reports on construction/maintenance activities, issues, and recommendations for management. Compliance & Safety: Ensure Construction/Maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and statutory requirements. Implement best practices in health, safety, and environmental standards. Functional Competencies: Civil Maintenance & Infrastructure Management: Expertise in building repairs, structural maintenance, and renovation projects & Road repair and maintenance works.
