Job Description: Civil Project Head The Civil Project Head will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects. This role involves managing project teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects within the stipulated timeline and budget. Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a project management role. Project Management: • Lead and manage civil engineering. • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to these plans. • Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely and cost- effective completion. Design and Engineering: • Oversee the design and engineering of project. • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Collaborate with design teams to develop efficient and sustainable designs. • Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Team Leadership: • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff, foster a collaborative and productive work environment. • Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address any issues. Stakeholder Coordination: • Liaise with authorities, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. • Conduct regular meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders. • Address and resolve any project-related conflicts or issues. Quality and Safety Assurance: • Ensure all projects comply with safety standards and regulations. • Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards of workmanship. • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety requirements. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. Working Conditions: Ability to work in a construction environment, including site visits and inspections at remote locations. Willingness to travel as required for project needs.

Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in coal mining, with at least 3–5 years in a Mines Manager role. Age Limit: As per company and regulatory guidelines. Key Skills: Deep knowledge of mining operations, HEMM, and safety protocols. Leadership and decision-making ability under pressure. Excellent understanding of statutory obligations and liaisoning skills. Strong planning, documentation, and team management skills. Familiarity with mine planning software and SAP (preferred).
