Role & responsibilities: Ensure high availability of all electrical equipment and systems in the power plant. Plan resource requirement for electrical maintenance- manpower, materials and contracts. Ensure availability of spares and other infrastructure for maintenance Supervision of maintenance measures in electrical maintenance division and ensuring quality of maintenance. Minimise cost of maintenance of the plant and optimise equipment lifecycle cost. Minimise response time to the customer (i.e Operations) for handling routine day-to- day problems. Optimise Mean Time between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). Network with other electrical maintenance teams at other locations to capture learning and knowledge sharing. Equipment upgradation as per OEM, OES. Grid coordination with WRLDC/CSEB Indigenous spare development. Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements IMS-ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, EnMS ISO 50001:2018. Required Qualifications : B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Fire Officer Course Role & responsibilities : Ensuring the implementation of company OHS Policy and procedures and perform all duties as per Rules. Planning, implementation and managing all company OHS initiatives introduced. Knowledge about Firefighting system like fire extinguishers, hydrant, spray (HVWS), CO2 flooding system, inergen system (IG541), Foam flooding system, Fire tenders & detecting system like smoke, heat & multi detection, LHDS are installed at our plant to mitigate emergency situation. Job Description: Civil Project Head The Civil Project Head will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects. This role involves managing project teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects within the stipulated timeline and budget. Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a project management role. Project Management: • Lead and manage civil engineering. • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to these plans. • Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely and cost- effective completion. Role & responsibilities Responsible for overall occupational safety and fire protection across the 3400 MW power plant and associated washeries. Ensure full statutory compliance with all safety regulations, including those related to fire safety and occupational health, as mandated by the Factory Inspectorate and other authorities. Liaise with the Chief Controller of Explosives (CCOE) for timely license renewal and compliance related to hazardous materials such as Hydrogen and Chlorine. Role & responsibilities Plan and supervise all drilling and blasting activities in coordination with mine planning engineers. Design blast patterns considering strata conditions, bench height, burden, spacing, and desired fragmentation. Ensure correct charging and stemming of blast holes as per standard procedures. Monitor and control blast-induced effects like vibration, fly rock, and air overpressure. Ensure that explosives are stored in approved magazines and that daily usage is tracked properly. Maintain inventory records for explosives, detonators, and accessories. Enforce blasting time signals (Warning, Blasting, and All-Clear). Set up and monitor safety exclusion zones around blast sites. Ensure all personnel are at a safe distance or under cover before blasting. Use and ensure proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) . Role & responsibilities Ensure compliance with the Mines Act, CMR 2017, DGMS guidelines, environmental and labor laws . Maintain all statutory registers, returns, and records as required under mining law. Ensure the mine is operated under valid statutory approvals, clearances , and licenses. Oversee day-to-day mining operations including excavation, hauling, drilling, blasting, and dispatch of coal. Implement and supervise mine plans including annual, monthly, and daily production targets. Ensure optimum deployment and utilization of equipment and manpower .
