The selected candidate will be responsible for working with children with hearing and speech difficulties, enabling them to develop essential communication and learning skills through specialized instructional methods and assistive tools. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for children with hearing and speech challenges. Provide language and speech development interventions using age-appropriate and evidence-based strategies. Utilize assistive technology such as hearing aids, speech software, and communication devices to support learning and interaction. Facilitate inclusive education by supporting children in mainstream classrooms and special settings. Employ differentiated instruction methods such as multisensory learning and adaptive teaching. Promote social inclusion by building social and communication skills among students. Coordinate with parents, teachers, speech therapists, and other professionals to provide holistic support. Maintain detailed records of student progress, assessments, and learning outcomes. Minimum Qualifications & Eligibility: Degree in Special Education (Speech and Hearing Impairment) from a recognized institute or Equivalent. OR a Diploma in Hearing, Language and Speech (DHLS) from a recognized institution or Equivalent. At least 1 year of experience working with children or individuals with hearing and speech impairment in schools, rehab centres, or inclusive education setups. (Freshers with strong practicum/internship experience may also apply.) Desirable Skills: Knowledge of communication techniques. Familiarity with intervention strategies for language delay, articulation issues, and speech disorders. Experience with assistive learning tools and technologies for children with disabilities. Strong interpersonal, counselling, and collaborative working skills. Ability to create engaging, inclusive, and child-centred learning environments.

Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across age groups. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to patient needs and goals. Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions using innovative and standard techniques. Collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, physicians, and other professionals. Maintain accurate documentation including assessment reports, therapy plans, and progress notes. Educate families and patients on disorders, therapy goals, and at-home strategies. Participate in team meetings, review progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Stay updated with current practices by attending workshops, seminars, and continuous education programs. Minimum Qualifications & Eligibility: Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from a recognized institution. 3-6 years of hands-on experience in clinical, educational, or rehabilitation settings will be preferred. Experience working with children with special needs, neurodevelopmental disorders, or speech-language delays will be preferred. Freshers with strong clinical training and practical knowledge may also apply. Desirable Skills: In-depth understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary teams. Compassion, patience, and a problem-solving mindset. Ability to conduct assessments using standardized tools and plan therapy independently. Willingness to conduct home visits or field sessions, if required.
