Nivera Child Development Center is hiring a Speech and Language Pathologist to work with children presenting speech, language, communication, feeding, and social-communication difficulties. Key Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and communication skills in children.
• Develop individualised therapy plans based on assessment results.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
• Work closely with occupational therapists, special educators, and psychologists.
• Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate updates to parents.
• Support early intervention, ASD-related communication issues, and school-readiness goals.
• Participate in case discussions and internal training sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology / Audiology (BASLP, MASLP).
• RCI registration preferred (freshers awaiting certificate also accepted).
• Strong understanding of child development and early intervention.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a multidisciplinary setup.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with children with ASD, ADHD, speech delay, stuttering, or articulation disorders (not mandatory).
• Ability to design engaging therapy activities.
• Strong documentation and parent-counseling skills.
