Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders. The professional will design and implement therapy plans to address individual needs, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and provide guidance to families and caregivers. Additionally, the role entails maintaining records, monitoring progress, and ensuring that clients achieve their developmental and communication goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing Speech-related challenges
• Knowledge and skills in managing Dysphagia and treating related concerns
• Experience in working with clients with Communication Disorders and enhancing communication skills
• Expertise in diagnosing and treating Language Disorders
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with other professionals and engage effectively with clients and families
• Adequate licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Master's degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team is a significant advantage
