Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Coimbatore. The Speech Language Pathologist will support neurodiverse learners by assessing, diagnosing, and developing personalized treatment plans to address communication and language challenges. Daily responsibilities include providing speech therapy, evaluating and managing speech or language disorders, and collaborating with educators and families to facilitate progress. The role also involves addressing specific issues such as dysphagia and communication disorders, ensuring each child receives exceptional support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and experience in managing a variety of speech disorders.
• Strong understanding of Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
• Expertise in addressing Dysphagia and related feeding challenges.
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills to work effectively with children, staff, and families.
• Familiarity with research-based therapy strategies and methods tailored to neurodiverse learners.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is preferred.
• Empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving abilities to promote the best outcomes for children.
