Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist, based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing speech, communication, and language disorders, developing individualized therapy plans, and implementing interventions to support and improve patients' communication skills. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, providing guidance to caregivers, and monitoring progress to achieve desired therapy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and approaches
• Knowledge of Speech and Communication Disorders
• Experience in diagnosing and managing Language Disorders
• Expertise in handling conditions such as Dysphagia
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field, with a valid licensure or certification
• Prior experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable
