Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description You will be joining PRS Neurosciences and Mechatronics Research Institute in Bengaluru as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist. Your role will involve assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, communication, language, and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to design personalized therapy plans, monitor progress, and adjust treatment strategies as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for educating patients and their families on therapy procedures and providing continuous support. Key Responsibilities - Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, communication, language, and swallowing disorders - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design individualized therapy plans - Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly - Educate patients and families on therapy procedures - Provide ongoing support to patients Qualification Required - Proficiency in Speech Therapy and managing Dysphagia - Expertise in addressing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders - Strong diagnostic, analytical, and patient-care skills - Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent - Valid certification or licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Experience in neurorehabilitation or working with neurological conditions is a plus,
