Conduct workshops and awareness sessions on speech and language development. Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in speech therapy. Required Skills & Qualifications: BASLP/MASLP (Bachelors or Masters in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology) from a recognized institution. Valid Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) certification. Experience in treating children with speech delays, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and other communication disorders. Strong knowledge of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) techniques. Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory): Certification in PROMPT, Oral Placement Therapy (OPT), PECS, or LSVT. Experience working in child development centers, hospitals, or schools.
