Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Karaman, Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will work with children and their families to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for children with speech, language, and communication difficulties.
• Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and parents for holistic development.
• Monitor progress and maintain detailed case documentation.
• Educate and guide parents to support therapy at home.

Qualifications

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP).
• RCI registration preferred.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about working with children and families.

Salary Package

₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
