Specialist/Senior Product Owner

As a Product Owner at AVIZVA, a Healthcare Technology Organization, you will play a crucial role in leading the cross-functional team for your product. Your responsibilities will include defining features, managing the product backlog and roadmap, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders" needs and expectations. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and subject matter experts, collaborating with them to brainstorm product ideas, vision, and strategy. By continuously staying updated on market trends and industry standards, you will drive the product vision, scope, and go-to-market strategy from inception to delivery. Your role will involve supporting the design and development teams by resolving queries, removing blockers, and fostering collaboration through cross-functional brainstorming. You will work closely with the Scrum Master to address any impediments or challenges that arise during the sprint cycle and maintain high standards of quality throughout the product development lifecycle. In addition to owning the product backlog and ensuring its effective prioritization, you will champion the product by articulating its value proposition and driving the UX design process. Your expertise in Agile fundamentals, product development following Scrum and Kanban, and various requirement documentation formats will be essential in transforming stakeholder vision into actionable deliverables. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, along with 5-8 years of relevant experience as a product owner or business analyst. Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio are crucial for success in this position.
