The Specialist, Global Web Content Publishing, works with global marketers and partners to create and amend web pages using Sitecore Content Management System and associated platforms such as Hybris PIM, Content Hub DAM and Vidyard video marketing platform.

This position reports to the Senior Specialist, Global Web Ops Project Management and is part of the Digital production team located in Bangalore, India and will be an on-site role. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Work with global marketers and marcom partners to create and amend web and online shop pages on cytiva.com using Sitecore Content Management System and associated platforms such as Hybris PIM, Content Hub DAM, and Vidyard video marketing.

• Publish and manage web content across platforms to support marketing campaigns, product launches, compliance requirements and any other ad-hoc promotional or migration activities.

• Implement search engine optimization best practices in collaboration with SEO specialists.

• Resize and optimize images where necessary using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop. Upload video and document content to management platforms.

• Create and maintain effective communication channels with marketing teams. Adhere to company brand policy and best practices when maintaining or building pages.

Who you are:

• University degree preferred.

• Hands-on experience with Sitecore or another CMS platform is essential.

• Good HTML and CSS skills are required.

• Experience working in a large global organization, communicating, and presenting regularly online and in person. Confident personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently.

• Able to adjust working hours to align with European partners.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Sitecore Content Hub DAM and Hybris Product Information Management platform

• Kapost content operations software

• Knowledge of the Biotechnology sector is an advantage but not essential.
