As a Specialist-Training at Sagility, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our claims administration team. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Claims Administration management team to identify training needs, developing effective training strategies, and ensuring the successful onboarding of new hires. Your key duties will involve conducting onboarding training for new employees, providing continuous education for existing staff to improve their skills and productivity, and delivering training sessions through various methods such as classroom-style instruction, webinars, workshops, and one-on-one coaching. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback, and working with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Training Specialist, preferably in the insurance or claims administration industry. A solid understanding of claims administration processes, excellent presentation, and communication skills are essential. You should also possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in instructional design principles, and experience with e-learning platforms and multimedia tools. Being adaptable and proactive with a passion for continuous improvement, you will contribute to the development of e-learning modules and other technology-based training solutions. Your analytical mindset will help in assessing training needs and measuring effectiveness through key performance indicators. Collaboration and building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization will be key to your success.
