Specialist, Technology Product Analysis

As a Specialist Technology Product Analysis, you will serve as a Technology Analytics engineer within the manufacturing value team (MVT) to support Operation Orchestration Product technical activities under the Process Optimization Product line. Your responsibilities will include creating value enablers with SEEQ product configurations and development, deploying and maintaining these enablers for worldwide manufacturing sites to enhance operations efficiency with OEE and performance monitoring. It is crucial to effectively communicate with operations and support groups to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Create value enablers with SEEQ product configurations and development - Deploy and maintain value enablers for worldwide manufacturing sites - Enhance operations efficiency with OEE and performance monitoring - Perform SEEQ system configurations, developments, and troubleshooting - Identify trends, monitor processes, and provide system administration - Update documentation, analyze data, provide operator training, and support deviation investigations - Participate in investigations of data collection and analysis scripts anomalies - Understand data sources infrastructure and perform system administration for the SEEQ software - Support compliance with GMPs, safety, and environmental regulations - Evaluate automated and information technology systems and develop optimization strategies - Ensure robust and efficient operation of various automated processing and information technology systems Qualifications Required: - Experience with SEEQ System configurations and scripting (SQL, Python), SEEQ workbench - Familiarity with data sources connectors configuration, authentications, and data cleansing - Experience with Aveva PI data analysis or similar time series databases - Knowledge of Overall Equipment Efficiency calculations for assets in batch manufacturing - Background in technical engineering role for Manufacturing Data analytics implementation - Problem-solving skills and root cause analysis abilities - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team - Strong analytical thinking and technical writing skills - Proficiency in MS Office Platform and document storage systems - Innovative, creative, and self-initiative mindset Desired Experience and Skills: - Strong background in Chemical engineering with IT systems - Networking experience with Enterprise Networking and local control networks - Pharmaceutical Operations experience in a GMP Pilot Plant or Manufacturing environment - Experience with Manufacturing data analytics Systems configurations and sustainment,
