Your Tasks

Manage GWO training system. Assist operation team with training certification Manage the ordering process for necessary tools and equipment for the academy. Monitor HSE trainings compliance certifications and keep the system updated.Manage trainings purchase orders and invoices, providing follow-up support to ensure timely delivery.Manage and update trainings key performance indicator dashboards.QH&S KPI monitoring. Ensure all countries do it in the same mannerQuality analysis within the maintenance plans and reportsPreparation of Q-talk for the technical teams in the wind farms (master tech, lead tech)

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management or related fieldMinimum of 4-6 yrs experience ( preferably from wind industry)Proven experience in project coordination or similar roleStrong analytical and data manipulation skills in ExcelStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong multitasking skillsGood stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersAdvanced Microsoft office skillsNordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
