Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities

Administer Windows servers (2012/2016/2019/2022) and MS Clusters (2019/2022).
Manage Veritas Cluster, VMware platform, SAN/NAS volumetry, and PowerPATH.
Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide permanent fixes.
Install, upgrade, maintain, and support Windows infrastructure.
Automate processes using
PowerShell scripting
and enforce technical/security standards.
Monitor alerts, triage issues, and maintain documentation and SOPs.
Support tools like
Symantec, EDR, Qualys, winlogbeat, Zabbix
, and Azure cloud technology.
Collaborate globally, share knowledge, and adhere to ITIL framework.
Participate in on-duty/weekend shifts and governance forums.

Required Profile

Experience:
47 years in Windows System Administration.
Strong knowledge of
PowerShell scripting
, incident/change management, and capacity planning.
Familiarity with ITIL framework.
Hands-on experience with Veritas Cluster, VMware, SAN/NAS.
