Your Role

As a Senior Specialist you will lead projects related to enhancing the overall guest experience and will be responsible for executing high-level guest engagement strategies. You will also oversee the specialist team and report on key performance metrics.

About You

● Lead Implementation of Guest Experience Improvement Projects.

● Supervise and Mentor Specialists in the Department.

● Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams.

● Prepare and Present Reports on Guest Experience Metrics

● Facilitate communication between teams to address guest needs effectively.

● Compile and analyse data related to guest satisfaction and service quality.

● Present findings and recommendations to management to drive strategic decisions.

● Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

● 4-5 years of hands-on experience in the same field.

Bonus Points - these are nonessential, but a bonus if you have them!

● Self owned two wheeler and Ready to travel.
