Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, CMDB, and other modules, with a focus on integration and process automation. Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical designs. Build and maintain workflows, notifications, and custom applications using ServiceNow tools such as Flow Designer and Orchestration. Lead small-scale integration efforts with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and provide user support. Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and best practices, leveraging new features to improve platform functionality. Document technical processes and solutions and ensure alignment with organizational standards. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance when needed. Actively participate in team meetings, discussions, and agile ceremonies. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: 4-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration. Strong knowledge of ITSM and CMDB modules, with hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining them. Proficiency in Flow Designer, notifications, Orchestration, and process automation. Experience working with Import Sets, transform maps, and table APIs. Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow with other platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and web services. Knowledge of scripting (e.g., JavaScript) for client-side and server-side development. Exposure to deployment processes and version control. Understanding of ITIL concepts and their implementation in ServiceNow. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus.
