Roles & Responsibilities:

• Layout & Packaging

  : Handle the layout and packaging of parts in the vehicle

  DMU

  , ensuring all aspects of functionality, assembly (

  DFA

  ), and serviceability (

  DFS

  ) are considered.

• CAD & PLM Management

  : Conduct

  PLM (Teamcenter)

  release activities at various vehicle stages. Handle

  UG NX 2D/3D

  , including drawing preparation and review.

• Vehicle Program Support

  : Support vehicle programs through their entire life cycle, including design, prototype builds, vehicle testing, and production.

• Electrical & Diagnostics

  : Apply an understanding of vehicle electrical architecture and assist in preparing circuit diagrams at the vehicle system level. Handle diagnostics, including

  CAN log analysis

  , and flashing.

• Cross-functional Coordination

  : Coordinate with various teams for testing, homologation, vehicle batches (Proto, Pilot,

  SOP

  ), plant, and service.

• Technical Documentation

  : Prepare technical documents for diagnostic manuals, various standard operating procedures, and homologation requirements.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience with

  DMU

  and part packaging.
• Proficiency in

  PLM (Teamcenter)

  and

  UG NX 2D, 3D

  for drawing and modeling.
• Strong understanding of the vehicle life cycle, from design to production.
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical architecture and circuit diagrams.
• Experience with diagnostics (

  CAN log analysis

  ) and flashing.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prepare technical documents.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
