Specialist / Senior Specialist - Finance - Delhi

We are looking for a suitable person for the post of "Specialist/ Senior Specialist - Finance" to be based out of our office in Dwarka Sector 21, Delhi. The person shall be responsible for below mentioned tasks:

• Accounts Payable : Manage end to end AP processes, including processing vendor invoices, ensure timely payments and maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal controls and external requirement. Process staff claim timely.
• Accounts Receivable : Follow up promptly with customers on outstanding or overdue payment to ensure time collections. Regular update of receivable aging. Correspondence with bank on LC documents if any
• General Ledger : Perform month end closing and year end closing activities including update balance sheet schedule, prepare of journal entries and reconciliation of balance sheet account. Clearing on bank weekly and monthly intercompany reconciliation.
• Reporting : Assists in month end closing reporting in OneStream and Corima.
• Assists in preparation of audit schedules and coordinate with external auditor. Maintain and organize accounting related documents and records to supports audits and compliance review.

Experience 4 to 10 years, B.Com/ MBA finance/ CMA/ CA Inter - not pursuing CA; with Audit background, in a Multinational set up

Require:

Knowledge of SAP FICO is must.

Advance Excel knowledge

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulation

Strong reasoning, open to challenges and solution oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently
