Job Description
The Talent acquisition operations team plays a critical role in ensuring that the recruitment process in the organization is efficient, effective, and compliant. This team acts as a bridge for recruitment, onboarding, businesses various support teams.
Overall, the recruitment operations team is responsible for managing the recruitment process from end to end, from design and optimization to compliance and reporting. By optimizing recruitment processes and leveraging data and analytics, the team helps the organization to attract, engage, and hire top talent more efficiently and effectively.
Role responsibilities
Ensure operational excellence within the entire recruiting organization and across its overall recruiting process.
Recruitment process design and optimization: Developing and refining the recruitment process to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire. This includes identifying and implementing new technologies, tools, and workflows to streamline the process.
Metrics and analytics: Analysing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and track the success of recruitment efforts. This includes tracking time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and other relevant metrics.
Applicant tracking system (ATS) management: Managing the organizations ATS to ensure that all candidate information is accurately recorded, tracked, and updated throughout the recruitment process. This includes troubleshooting system issues, training new users, and ensuring data privacy and security.
Audit Compliance: Ensuring that all recruitment processes comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action requirements. This includes monitoring compliance metrics and reporting on compliance activities.
Reporting and analytics: Generating reports and data analysis to support data-driven decision-making related to recruitment. This includes generating reports on recruitment metrics, analyzing trends, and presenting findings to the management.
System Management: Oversee recruitment systems and tools, reporting and analytics, onboarding, employer branding, contingent workforce, employee referral, diversity recruiting, global expansion, and contingent workforce and employer branding initiatives. Identify, build, maintain, and manage relationships with recruiting vendors, agencies, and third-party suppliers.
Internal Mobility (IJP) Process management: Partner closely with Talent Management, Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers, among others, to effectively drive growth opportunities for internal employees and educate employees on mobility processes and best practices. This includes promotions, new positions, mentorships, cross-team or additional projects, job shadowing, and job swaps.
Offer Management: Creating and developing employment offers for prospective employees that are compliant with company policies and guidelines, as well as legal regulations. Managing the end-to-end offer process, including sending out offer letters, collecting signed agreements, and verifying candidate information. Managing candidate data sharing inputs with the onboarding team other support teams to facilitate onboarding.
