Job Description

Assist in diagnosing and resolving issues related to IBM i software, applications, and system tools.- Work with support tickets to gather logs, system data, and steps to reproduce issues.- Provide first-level support via email, ticketing systems, or live support (under supervision).- Collaborate with senior engineers and development teams to escalate and track complex issues.- Document common issues and create/update support knowledge base articles.- Participate in internal training and shadowing sessions to build IBM i technical knowledge. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Exposure to IBM i (AS/400), RPG, CL, or DB2 is a plus.- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Preferred technical and professional experience Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.- Strong interest in technical support, enterprise systems, and customer service.- Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, and database concepts.- Good communication skills and attention to detail.- Willingness to learn IBM i architecture, tools, and command line interface.
