Job Description

Role Overview: As a Project Manager at the company, you will be a pivotal member of the team, working closely with the project manager or senior project manager to ensure project success. You will be responsible for taking ownership of small projects and providing support for major ones. Your role will involve managing the organizational structure for each project, streamlining communication and working procedures, and ensuring clear objectives are in place for every project. Your attendance at project meetings will be crucial, and you will be expected to create project-related reports, analyses, and reviews with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with project managers to drive project success - Take ownership of small projects and support major ones - Manage the organizational structure for each project - Streamline communication and working procedures - Ensure clear objectives are in place for every project - Attend project meetings and create project-related reports - Analyze project data and review project progress - Forecast project expenditure and manage project budgets effectively Qualifications Required: - Degree in any property-related discipline - At least three years of experience in design, construction, or project management - Tech-savvy and digitally enabled - Ability to drive effective use of technology platforms for project delivery Additional Company Details (if present in JD): The company is known for its focus on client satisfaction and project excellence.
