Responsible for the planning and specification of mechanical retrofits of test vehicles within vehicle development projects. Responsible for total demand of part calculation in multi-project view and creating forecasts of specific projects and build-phases for the overall parts requirements of complete vehicles, partial build ups, project demands, mechanical retrofits, including bottleneck management towards the functions Hardware test parts planning, purchasing, quality Collaborate closely with colleagues from development, procurement, and production areas to agree on a timetable for retrofits. An exciting task at the interface between development and production. Define the scope of hardware and software components for conversion and ensure timely hand-over to procurement. Prepare necessary documentation for the workshop and ensure timely completion and communication with test vehicle users. Serve as the central contact person for retrofits from project planning to handover of completed test vehicles to users. Requires intensive coordination and communication with all process partners within the vehicle project.
